BSPL, believes and respects the user’s privacy. In no way BSPL acquires any information unknown to the user, and all that is reviewed and acquired, is never shared with ANY private 3rd party. To work efficiently and in order to help create a user-friendly experience for the citizen, Booked India offers account creation on the smartphone application ‘BOOKEDINDIA’ for which every user in order to use the application is required to set up an account in order to obtain login credentials for accessing the application. For successful completion of the log-in/account set-up process, all the information mentioned categorically down-below is reviewed, accessed, and stored by BSPL to recognize its users and to work on the same to better the user experience.

For successful functioning of the app, few restricted accesses are taken by the Application from the user and only after seeking user’s prior consent, following information and content is reviewed and collected but not stored, namely-
- Camera access
- Speaker access
- Mic access
- Location access
- Phone Library access
BSPL collects all the information which the user submits in the final step of using the smart phone application and stores the submitted videos, For 30 days after completion of the submitted booking video.
By submitted a video, Users authorize all the submitted violation videos & pictures content to be used for reporting it to approprtiate authorities and for its usage in any and all promotions, Social-Media and in marketing strategies, on the website ‘www.bookedindia.com’ and the application ‘ BOOKEDINDIA’.
BSPL does not collect, analyse or store any of users Demographic Information. Demographic information includes general information about the user, mostly obtained from 3rd party application activities, liked events by the user, events the user intends to participate in, or any other information provided by user on the any 3rd party application having ties with BSPL.
BSPL only analyses and reviews all such user information provided by the user during the use BSPL’s website and application. This is mostly done to obtain surveys and to improve user experience on BSPL’s Platforms.
Other information (in respect to www.bookedindia.com)
While using the website and application, BSPL collects information about users IP address and the browser. BSPL might look at what site user came from, duration of time spent on the website/application, pages accessed or what site users visit when you leave BookedIndia.com. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. This is mainly done for the reasons to restrict and to keep a track of fraudulent users, downloading and accessing the application and website only for scamming or spamming purposes.

BSPL shares only analytical information which, on usage of the application by the user, becomes a part of the application in itself, with the service providers of BOOKEDINDIA such as AWS – Amazon Web Service and Google’s location API services who help to carry out daily functions on ‘www.bookedindia.com’ and the application ‘ BOOKEDINDIA’ Some vendors and service providers may be located outside of India.
BSPL has the right to share information with the business partners. This includes a third party who is part of the business team. The partners use the information given to them as described in their privacy policies.
BSPL is bound by law to share information in order to comply with the law or to protect oneself. BSPL will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena, any and all inquiries raised by any public authority. BSPL may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, in pursuance of an ongoing/upcoming investigation of a potential fraud/scam.
BSPL has the right to share information with any successor to all or part of the business.
BSPL holds the right to share any and all such information, as and when it may deem fit by passing a resolution and by giving prior intimation to users to seek the consent and approval for the same and only after obtaining such approval, will the information be shared.
Email Opt-Out
To get the account deleted and to opt out of receiving our marketing & promotional emails, please email us at unsubscriber@bookedindia.com with a detailed reasoning . It may take up to 14 business days to process your request. In case a user seeks to opt out of marketing messages, BSPL will still have the authority to send important messages relating to login & OTP (one time password) and Status updates of the submission.
Third party sites
Upon clicking on one of the links to third party website/applications, users may be redirected to website/applications which do not fall under the scope, control, ambit and aegis of BSPL. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of such websites/applications. It is recommended to thoroughly read the privacy policy of such websites/applications carefully. BSPL is not responsible for these third party sites. BSPL restrains itself from collecting information in different ways. We do not collect user information passively or from any 3rd party.

Jurisdiction
